Fran Smith Jr.

Fran Smith Jr. is a composer, producer, bass guitarist and vocalist from the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area. He maintains a career as a solo recording artist since 1978, as well as producing other artists. He has been an active member of the Philadelphia-based rock band The Hooters since 1987 as their bass player. Fran is gearing up to release his new 5 song EP titled TURQUOISE in 2023.
